1 Preliminary Provisions
By accessing or using .................., related applications, email notifications, APIs, or any other service we make available, hereinafter referred to in these terms of use as the "Services," you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms of use (the "Terms").
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Owner specifying your use of the Services. Please read its provisions carefully. If you do not agree to this agreement you may not use our Services.
2 Acceptance of Terms
You may not use the Services and you may not accept the Terms if you do not have full legal capacity due to your age, and if your legal capacity or right to use the Services has been restricted under the provisions of the relevant law applicable in your case.

You understand and agree that you use the Services and/or participate in these transactions at your own risk. The basic services we offer are free of charge; however, we may additionally offer paid products or services.
5 User Accounts
In order to access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. If you create such an account, you must provide true and complete information and use an email address that belongs to you.
You are responsible for the activity in your account and agree that you will not sell, transfer, license, share, or transfer your account, or rights to your account, to any other person or entity. You are responsible for keeping your password and account information safe.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your account or password being used by another person or entity, either with or without your knowledge.
You understand and agree that the creation of multiple accounts by one user, as well as the creation of accounts by one user for other persons or entities, without our prior consent, is not permitted.
You may not create accounts by unauthorized means, including the use of an automated device, script, bot, spider, crawler or scraper.
You understand that your account may be terminated at any time, especially if you violate or intend to violate the terms of our Terms and Conditions.
6 User Content
The Services that we make available contain content from us, you and other users. This content ("Content") includes text, software, graphics, images, photos, sounds, music, video, audiovisual content, interactive materials and other materials, available on or through the Services. Please note that there may be Content available through the Services, commonly recognized as material available only to persons of legal age, and only persons of legal age may access such Content.
7 Your permission to use the Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to access and use the Services for personal purposes. This license is personal in nature and is not transferable or assignable to any other person or entity. This license only allows you to use and access the Services as specified by these Terms.
8 Rights

You agree that the Services may be supported by revenue that comes from advertising, and that we may display advertisements and other promotional materials on, near, in conjunction with your Content or on the Services.
